Returns Policy

It is so important that each customer is satisfied with the products they receive. If you are unhappy with your product from Gill, there is a defect or the packaging is faulty on arrival please let Gill know at gilliandbrennan@gmail.com .If you wish to return your order please ensure products have no marks or damages and return by the following timeframe:

Please understand that damages to the products when opening the tube or removing it from the carton or damage by the carriers are not the responsibility of Gill.

To return an item proof of postage will be required to return a package and emailed to gilliandbrennan@gmail.com. All items such as packaging, bubble wrap and so forth will be required and placed in the same container for postage.
