Healing with Sound has been used for centuries dating back as far as Ancient Greece. Apollo was regarded as the God of Music and Medicine and Aesculapius was believed to cure mental disorders with songs. In Ancient Egypt music therapy was practiced in the temples and the Native American culture uses song and dance to heal the sick. There is extensive evidence suggesting its effectiveness and necessity for our emotional and psychological health and it has a basis in both neurology and psychology.
In your healing session you will experience the mystical sounds of Gongs, Crystal bowls, Drumming, Singing bowls, Solfeddgio tuning forks and pipes, Peruvian and Native American flutes and my own singing healing voice. Sound Healing is the healing of the future and was used in ancient times and has only been recently rediscovered. Sound healing is a process in which I use aspects of music to improve your health emotionally, spiritually, socially, mentally and physically. Listening to music floods our brains wth dopamine- the happy chemical. It also releases oxytocin, a natural painkiller and hormone which allows our hearts to open and trust life and others.
What can happen in a healing session?

Healing with sounds happen by having you lie down fully clothed with a blanket whilst your body is immersed in beautiful powerful sounds from tibetan bowls, crystal bowls, tuning forks, tambals to drumming and gongs.

The mind quietens and you can emerge from the session feeling rejuvenated, changed and deeply relaxed.
